Looking for a dedicated, creative and energetic designer to join VA in-house team

Photographer in Northern NJ looking for custom web design with the following:
1. A flash site that automatically redirects to an HTML option for mobile devices/ipads etc
2. Contains some HTML in such a way that I am visible on the searches. Im not necessarily looking for ongoing SEO (although Id be open to it)
3. Id like slideshows of large images
4. Id like this to be minimally editable from the back end. So if I want to change a picture, or update pricing info, etc. I wouldn’t need to have you do that. I dont need a fully editable site, but I want to make small updates on my own.
5. must allow for external links to my blog and vendors i work with.
6. it would be nice to incorporate a proofing gallery, but not necessary.
